These, of course, are all questions for you. But, chances are, you want to make a profit doing it.
So you can test various scenarios and assumptions, we’ve developed a simple Excel spreadsheet to help guide you. This template contains a worked example containing (made up) numbers, as well as a clean template for you to fill in. Simply type in your estimates into the blank spaces of the clean template and the spreadsheet will automatically calculate a projected profit (or loss) based on your numbers.
Experiment with different prices, costs and service-delivery models to see which works best for you (and your business’ bottom line).
